With us everything literally revolves around cars. AutoDraaischijf.com is part of Pliers Peak Engineering B.V., an innovative company with many years of experience in the development of turntables of all sizes.
AutoDraaischijf.com was founded by Rob Tangenberg, an inventor with a passion for technology. In 2015 Rob invented a dishwasher hinge and started selling it internationally. To present the product better it had to be shown online in 360 degrees. When it turned out that no suitable solution existed that could handle the weight and size of the dishwasher Rob developed a turntable himself. One thing led to another and eventually this resulted in a car turntable. This product, of course further developed compared to the first version, is still sold as a DIY kit. In the meantime a whole arsenal of turntables has been added. For example we make car turntables from 4 to 6 meters in diameter. The thickness of the discs can be continuously increased from 22 mm to the thickness you want. Our current car turntable model is the flattest in the world, yet it is super stable and much more durable than our first car turntable model. Besides our superior product we also have no competitors in terms of price. Our most affordable model is the 5 cm thick turntable but even the most purchased product, the 25 mm thick turntable, costs less than alternative low discs.
We supply to end users such as car garages, private individuals and museums. In addition we also supply to resellers such as suppliers of car photo studios and automotive photography solutions.
World's flattest disc
We have a complete laser cutting and milling workshop. We make almost all parts ourselves. Through continuous development, material knowledge and production knowledge we have realized a super stable and durable turntable. When we started developing the first car turntable (the FotoProto) in 2015 this was the flattest on the market, 5 cm thick. A few years later we re-developed the disc and reached a thickness of only 22 mm. In practice car companies usually use the 25 mm variant, this provides more flexibility for photography solutions.
Something for everyone
Our flat turntable is relatively affordable but it is not the cheapest option. That was not our goal in the development of this turntable. Our goal was to develop a super fast, strong and ultra flat product. We succeeded. In addition we also have a budget car turntable in our range. This is the 5 cm thick turntable with ramp. In many ways it falls short compared to its flatter counterpart but in terms of price it is an interesting option. So are you looking for a product that suits your needs? Modular character
All our products are developed with a modular mindset. For example the motor units of the different discs can be exchanged with each other. In addition you can carry out upgrades in the future that you do not need yet. You do not have to purchase a completely new product but can simply add or install an upgrade. This way we keep it easy and clear. Not only for you but also for us.

Because we are the manufacturer and deliver directly to the end user we can keep our prices low. Despite that a turntable is of course always a serious investment.
