At Car & Bike Meppel one thing was central, the desire to present vehicles professionally without hassle from turning, reversing and limited space. The showroom had sufficient floor area, but taking clean photos took a lot of time and manoeuvring.The challenge
Cars had to be parked, turned and positioned “by hand” to take a photo from every angle. That was time consuming, error prone and not ideal for the delivery atmosphere they wanted to create. The wish was a central point in the showroom where deliveries and photography come together clean, professional and efficient.The solution
We installed a turntable for cars with a 5 meter diameter, only 5 centimetres thick, complete with a subtle ramp all around for an effortless driving angle. The turntable is finished with a dark carpet and black drive-on edges, making it stand out clearly and cleanly from the white tiled floor in the rest of the showroom.The result
The new turntable makes it possible to present deliveries in a stylish way and immediately take professional photos without moving the car. The transition from static to dynamic completes the delivery experience. With one press of a button, the vehicle rotates smoothly into view.
The space is now not only more practical but also visually stronger, exactly what customers expect from a modern dealer or detailer.
