Wisselink Caravans & Campers – XL photo studio with 6 meter turntable
At Wisselink Caravans & Campers everything revolves around efficiency and professionalism. To optimize the presentation of their campers and caravans, a fully integrated photo studio was built with a 6 meter wide THIN MOTION™ turntable.
The challenge
Photographing large vehicles was always a time-consuming process. Campers and caravans had to be moved, positioned and realigned over and over again. Wisselink wanted to automate this, so vehicles could be photographed immediately after cleaning, without depending on external parties.
The solution
We installed a built-in turntable of 6 meters with a load capacity of 4,500 kg.
The turntable is completely level with the upper floor and has an integrated motor unit, which makes the floor flow seamlessly. Despite the high load capacity the turntable rotates smoothly in just 99 seconds per rotation.
The vehicles are cleaned in an adjacent room and then placed directly in the studio. This makes the process from cleaning to photography fully internal and streamlined.
The result
With this setup Wisselink now has a fully automated workflow, from preparation to publication. The studio delivers consistent, high quality images, suitable for both online sales and promotional material.
